English and Portuguese have many sounds in common, so why is it so hard to understand English sometimes? And why is it sometimes so hard for foreigners to understand our English? In this workshop, we will focus on some specific sounds of English. We will understand how to identify them when we hear them and how to produce them naturally. In three hours, we will learn how to notice and when to use the dark L, T-tap, glottal stop, aspiration, unreleasing, and many more! Come and join us! You will make your English even clearer and more articulate, and you will improve your listening, too. Bonus: if you teach English, you will also learn how to help your students reach those sounds correctly.
